I decided to use this quote for my poster because it is so positive! Many people focus on the bad things happening in their life, but we never think about the good that can come from it. I love this quote because it reminds you to think about the good things instead of the bad. I wanted to make the poster look almost "child-like". The drawings I did were made to look like doodles, and not perfect. My emphasis was on the drawings. My lines were not perfectly straight, there were little curves and bumps along the letters. I wanted it to look simple, light, and fun, almost like a little kid drew it. I kept the value of my colors light. The quote is so simple, it reminds me of something a little kid would say to make you feel better! Overall, the theme of my poster was happiness and being positive.
